For all fitness lovers, Residence Adige's ground floor offers a well-equipped modern gym, Centro Forma Evolution, with equipment room and various courses, shared with the general public. There are special rates for our guests, who can use the center without paying the membership fee.

The gym is equipped with the latest equipment for cardio and isotonic, an innovative weight room equipped with Olympic barbell, training rooms for group lessons, pilates studio for private tuition or in small groups, outdoor area with bunk TITAN for outdoor functional training.

Qualified room instructors are also available to everyone for personalized training programs.
